At MIXED, we're based in the UAE and ship globally.

Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Timelines

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above AED [X]
• Flat shipping fee of AED [X] below that threshold
• International orders: cost calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available within the UAE [and GCC, if applicable]. A COD handling fee of AED [X] may apply. [Confirm]

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are collected by the courier or local customs on delivery.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, weather, courier delays, or high-demand periods. We'll notify you of any significant delay.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, this is handled under our Refund Policy and Return Policy - report it immediately via WhatsApp with photo/video evidence. Refunds for approved damage claims take 10 - 14 business days to process. No other shipping-related issue (late delivery, customs delay) qualifies for a refund.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately if you spot an error - we can only amend it before dispatch. MIXED is not responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
